How much do your services cost?
I can offer you an Hourly Rate or a Fixed Fee Package depending on your requirements. Fixed Fee Packages are usually more cost-effective and predictable than an Hourly Rate.
Are you legally qualified?
I am not a legal professional but I have training in Family Court Matters (see more).
How will we communicate and send documents?
Most of my work is currently done remotely via phone, email and video appointments particularly since Covid restrictions came into practice in March 2020.
Do we have to attend a Court Building for Hearings?
Virtually all Family Court Hearings are conducted remotely via telephone conferencing or video link. It is rare to attend Court Buildings in the current Lockdown.
